Customers can ask for a return or refund if they are not pleased with the item or if the item is damaged within 45 days of receiving the item; if more than 45 days have passed, we do not give return or refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Unused;
2. It must be in the same condition as when it was first received;
3. The product must be in its original packing;
4. Does not affect our secondary sales;
5. Show evidence of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

1. If you need to return or replace an item, please contact our customer service department first, explaining the cause for the return/exchange and giving confirmation of qualified photographs;
2. If your return/exchange request is allowed or declined following our verification, we will contact you through email;
3. Once your return/exchange request has been authorized, you must return the item to the newly provided postal address. If your return/exchange request is declined, we regret that you will be unable to return or exchange your item.

Attention:

1.Items cannot be returned to the original address. Instead, a new postal address will be mailed to you.
2. Logistics charges incurred in the return of items for exchange are not covered by us and must be covered by the client.

Refund

Partial Refund (if applicable)

1. Damage to the item's packaging during transportation.
2. The thing is broken, yet it is still usable.

Full Refund

1. Items that are inaccurate or incorrect.
2. Use-related functional deterioration.
3. Items lost.

Refund Period

After receiving your returned items, gazintee will refund the refund amount to your original account within 14 business days.
