Processing Time for Orders

We require 1-3 business days to process orders. Some out-of-stock or personalized items may take a little longer (up to 7 business days), but we do our best to maintain all hot items in stock for quick delivery.

gazintee currently operates in the USA only, and does not support sales and delivery in other countries at this time.

Adress Change

If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not contact us to change your address within more than 24 hours of placing your order, no further address changes will be possible.

Track Your Order

Customers will be notified by email when their things are dispatched and arrive at their destination, and they can monitor the logistical information in real time on the Track Your Order website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Consumers can contact customer service for verification if they get damaged or inaccurate merchandise, and if the problem is confirmed, customers can seek for an exchange or refund.
